Patrick Molienux, head of market development & marketing, CSC

Patrick Molineux is head of market development and marketing at CSC Financial Services EMEA responsible for CSC's market strategy for the financial services sector. Patrick worked at Sun Alliance Life and NPI before joining CSC where he has held roles in programme management, delivery, consulting and sales management prior to his current role.

Jim Sadler, director of application development and maintenance, Aviva

Jim is application development & maintenance director of Aviva General Insurance and is responsible for Applications support, design, development, test, release and also management of UKGI software and data contracts.

In his 22 years at Aviva, he has managed many aspects of the General Insurance operation including Sales, Customer Service, Claims, Underwriting, Marketing, Collections, Legal and Project Management.
He was involved in the launch of Norwich Union Direct in 1995, the acquisition of L&E in 1997, the merger with CGU in 2000 and has overseen the outsourcing and off shoring of call centres, IT services and application development work to various global suppliers.
